Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting parents and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with parents and staff.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and administrative databases using office software.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other official documents.
- Coordinate schedules for staff meetings and school events.
- Manage office supplies inventory and assist with procurement processes.
- Support the academic and operational teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience in the education or childcare sector is a plus.
