World of Wonders Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Office Staff to join our team in Batam. In this role, you will be the face of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about contributing to a positive learning environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting parents and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with parents and staff.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and administrative databases using office software.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other official documents.
  • Coordinate schedules for staff meetings and school events.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and assist with procurement processes.
  • Support the academic and operational teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Experience in the education or childcare sector is a plus.
