Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with management to facilitate seamless internal workflows and project tracking.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems for confidential documentation.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping duties as required.
  • Maintain office inventory and procure necessary supplies to ensure team productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reside in or willing to commute to Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
