Elmoz Geo Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Project Coordinator to join our growing team based in Green Lake City, Cipondoh. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that project documentation, scheduling, and communication run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, filing systems, and digital records accurately.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, site visits, and project milestone reviews.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal team communications regarding project status updates.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and correspondence for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure project resources are tracked.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and project briefs.
  • Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and tracking invoices.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be willing to be based at our office location in Green Lake City, Cipondoh.
