Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and document management.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure timely project progression.
  • Assist in the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and digital brochures.
  • Update and maintain accurate data within our CRM and property management software.
  • Research and gather market data to support property valuations and comparative market analysis.
  • Monitor and follow up on incoming leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Prepare weekly status reports for the management team regarding ongoing tasks and project updates.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and common CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work setup.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Social Media scheduling) is a significant plus.
