Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and document management.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure timely project progression.
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and digital brochures.
- Update and maintain accurate data within our CRM and property management software.
- Research and gather market data to support property valuations and comparative market analysis.
- Monitor and follow up on incoming leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Prepare weekly status reports for the management team regarding ongoing tasks and project updates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and common CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work setup.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Social Media scheduling) is a significant plus.
