Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and nurture real estate leads through various channels.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and prices to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide accurate market analysis and property advice to customers.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and progress towards targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property development.
- Strong understanding of the Bali property market and investment trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
