- Identify and evaluate potential development sites through comprehensive market analysis and site inspections
- Conduct feasibility studies including financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance checks
- Manage end-to-end acquisition processes from initial contact to legal closing
- Negotiate terms with landowners, developers, and government stakeholders
- Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and presentations for executive approval
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and planning teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor competitive market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in property acquisition, development, or real estate investment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in feasibility studies and market research
- Proven negotiation abilities with complex property transactions
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian real estate regulations and zoning laws
- Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and financial modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
