Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage member registration, data updates, and database maintenance to ensure accurate records.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process membership renewals, invoices, and payments efficiently.
  • Schedule padel court bookings and manage the daily activity calendar.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and tidy.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of club social events and activities.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on membership statistics and administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of accounting software is a plus.
