Tanggung Jawab
- Manage member registration, data updates, and database maintenance to ensure accurate records.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process membership renewals, invoices, and payments efficiently.
- Schedule padel court bookings and manage the daily activity calendar.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and tidy.
- Assist with the planning and execution of club social events and activities.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on membership statistics and administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting software is a plus.
