Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and executive schedules
- Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Assist with procurement processes, inventory management, and office supplies
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and record maintenance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation

Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
