Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for all company documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements for management.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update internal databases and spreadsheets with precision.
  • Handle office supply inventory, process orders, and ensure the workspace is well-equipped and tidy.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Prepare routine reports, presentations, and internal memos as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
