Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations and management workflows.
  • Coordinate branch activities, schedules, and inter-departmental communications effectively.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate filing systems and digital documentation.
  • Draft and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and data analysis for management review.
  • Oversee office supplies procurement and vendor relationship management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception with high levels of professionalism.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects to ensure operational objectives are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Staff, Secretary, or similar office role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Residing in or willing to work in the Tangerang Selatan area.
