PT. Hanrui Nickel Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Translator to join our growing team in North Jakarta. In this dual-role capacity, you will serve as the essential bridge between our Mandarin-speaking management and local operations. You will manage daily administrative workflows while ensuring accurate, real-time communication to facilitate seamless cross-cultural collaboration.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level translation and interpretation services (Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa) during meetings, site visits, and daily operations.
  • Maintain and organize official company documentation, ensuring records are accurate and accessible.
  • Draft, translate, and proofread internal memos, reports, and administrative correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between the local staff and expatriate management to ensure project alignment.
  • Support administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and office management tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professional integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and data summaries for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written, HSK 5 or equivalent preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or translator role, preferably in a multinational industrial or corporate setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to company culture and support the operational needs of the team.
