Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate company documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and executive schedules
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and telephone communications
- Support procurement processes and inventory management for office supplies
- Assist in travel arrangements and logistics coordination
- Prepare routine reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks as assigned by management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Indonesian
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Basic understanding of office management principles
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability
