Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and record maintenance
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for staff and clients
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and equipment
- Prepare routine reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support cross-departmental coordination for special events and projects
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3/S1 degree in Administration preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with office management systems and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices
