Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, customer follow-ups, and maintaining sales records
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation for management
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Support the organization of sales meetings, events, and promotional activities
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management as needed
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and sales effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Previous experience in administrative or sales coordination is a plus
