Morning Light Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator / General Affairs Specialist to join our expanding team in Semarang, Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and productive working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure facility upkeep and service quality.
- Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and logistical arrangements.
- Oversee office supply inventory, procurement requests, and expense tracking.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle incoming communications and act as a point of contact for external inquiries.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports and maintain accurate filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative, general affairs, or office management roles.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred) to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
