Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive information, advice, and guidance on admission requirements to prospective students and their families
- Manage and respond to inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits
- Conduct information sessions and campus tours to showcase the institution's facilities and programs
- Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring all requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and applications in the CRM system
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate program information is provided
- Participate in recruitment events and promotional activities to attract prospective students
- Monitor and analyze admission trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student admissions, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Malaysian education system and industry trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
