- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Admissions team, setting performance goals and providing guidance to team members
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates aligned with the college's mission and values
- Analyze enrollment data and trends to inform admissions strategies and optimize the recruitment funnel
- Oversee the application review process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of all candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and community organizations
- Manage the admissions budget and resources effectively to achieve enrollment targets
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment materials and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of all admissions activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in an international school setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets through strategic planning and execution
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using enrollment management systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
