Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital diagnostic adoption projects within clinical and healthcare environments.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between R&D teams, clinical stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful deployment.
- Identify and mitigate potential barriers to technology adoption through proactive change management strategies.
- Drive process improvements to streamline clinical workflows and enhance the user experience of DxD Hub digital tools.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop training programs and documentation to support the effective onboarding and utilization of diagnostic systems.
- Analyze adoption metrics to provide actionable insights for future product iterations and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, medtech, or diagnostic sectors.
- Proven track record of managing technology adoption or complex process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the challenges associated with digital health transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
