OSI Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Advance Test Technician to join our dynamic team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will support the advanced test department by ensuring the integrity of our electronic products through rigorous testing procedures and precise documentation. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for executing critical tasks such as FCT (Final Circuit Test) commissioning and handover processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest industry standards before reaching our customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support all advanced test department activities with comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Perform FCT (Final Circuit Test) commissioning and ensure successful handover to related production departments.
- Operate and maintain advanced testing fixtures and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Analyze test data and results to identify defects, anomalies, or faults in electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot complex testing issues.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards, safety protocols, and ISO requirements at all times.
- Maintain detailed test logs and technical records to support process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with FCT processes, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and ISO quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and technical reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
