Indo Creative Furnitures is looking for a highly talented Advanced 3D Surfacing Specialist to join our creative design team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating complex design concepts into high-fidelity, organic 3D models that define our furniture collections. We are seeking a visionary designer who possesses a deep understanding of advanced surfacing techniques and a passion for creating seamless, fluid forms.
As the expert in Rhino 8 and SubD workflows, you will push the boundaries of organic geometry to create visually stunning and manufacturable designs. Your work will serve as the bridge between imagination and reality, ensuring that every surface is flawless and every product meets our rigorous standards of quality and aesthetics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create complex 3D organic models using Rhino 8, with a specific focus on SubD and NURBS surfacing techniques to achieve smooth, seamless surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with the industrial design team to refine concepts, troubleshoot modeling challenges, and improve overall product aesthetics.
- Optimize 3D geometry for high-quality rendering in KeyShot, V-Ray, or Blender, ensuring realistic lighting and material representation.
- Prepare technical files, curves, and surfaces for manufacturing, prototyping, and CNC machining.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Manage and update the company’s 3D asset library with new models, textures, and surfacing references.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture with a focus on 3D modeling.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with Rhino 8, specifically in advanced surfacing, organic modeling, and surface analysis.
- Strong command of SubD and NURBS workflows to create high-quality curves, patches, and surfaces.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as KeyShot, V-Ray, or Blender to produce photorealistic visualizations.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing constraints, material properties, and joinery techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment.
