What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Experience with CRM platforms and integrating AI into business processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance operations, compliance, and patient data privacy (HIPAA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
