Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency and technical product support? Kulicke & Soffa is looking for an Advanced Associate Engineer to join our APS (Advanced Packaging Systems) Product Support team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will act as the heartbeat of our production support operations, ensuring that our technical teams have the necessary resources to deliver world-class semiconductor solutions.
You will be responsible for streamlining support workflows, coordinating material replenishment, and collaborating closely with material planners to resolve raw material bottlenecks before they impact production. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and expedite material replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production schedules.
- Collaborate with material planners to proactively identify and resolve raw material shortages or supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for critical APS product components.
- Provide technical support and interface between engineering teams and external suppliers.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for better throughput.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all support and material procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols in all logistical tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product support, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for inventory and materials management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
