Kulicke & Soffa is seeking an Advanced Associate Engineer to join our APS Product Support team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our advanced product support systems run seamlessly.
You will play a pivotal part in the supply chain and production ecosystem, acting as a key coordinator between materials planners and the production floor. Your expertise will be instrumental in proactively identifying raw material bottlenecks, mitigating risks before they impact production timelines, and ensuring our support infrastructure meets the high standards our clients expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the efficient replenishment of materials to ensure zero downtime in production lines.
- Collaborate closely with materials planners to forecast requirements and mitigate potential shortages.
- Monitor and proactively solve raw material issues, conducting root cause analysis when supply disruptions occur.
- Execute product support tasks to maintain high availability of Assembly and Packaging Systems (APS).
- Prepare and update technical documentation related to material flow and support procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management and support workflows.
- Maintain clear communication channels between engineering, procurement, and production teams.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in product support, supply chain coordination, or production engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional departments.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
