Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing and calibration of advanced electronic circuits and semiconductor equipment modules.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software integration issues during the production phase to ensure seamless functionality.
- Execute systematic diagnostics to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design and production engineers to refine manufacturing processes and enhance equipment reliability.
- Maintain detailed production logs and technical documentation in compliance with industry quality standards.
- Support the assembly line by overseeing the integration of sub-systems and verifying performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or production testing.
- Proficiency in using sophisticated diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical schematics and diagrams.
- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and precision machinery is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
