Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and production equipment
- Develop and implement diagnostic procedures to identify equipment failures and root causes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and production processes
- Document engineering findings, test procedures, and technical specifications
- Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions for equipment malfunctions
- Support new equipment integration, qualification, and process validation
- Train production staff on equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment production, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/mechanical systems
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) and measurement techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in technical documentation and engineering reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
