Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission Honeywell and third-party Building Management Systems (BMS) hardware and software.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and HVAC control systems.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess building automation requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure all system specifications and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot complex control logic issues and provide on-site technical support to resolve downtime efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records, time sheets, and technical documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality assurance protocols during all site activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with a specific focus on BMS and Building Automation.
- Familiarity with major BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and legacy systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC and electrical control systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites across Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified BMS Specialist) are a significant advantage.
