Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes for high-precision electronic products
- Lead automation and robotics integration initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Develop and validate manufacturing test procedures and quality control systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new designs into scalable production
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations in manufacturing operations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional manufacturing projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing environments
- Expertise in automation systems, robotics integration, and process optimization
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Knowledge of electronic product manufacturing processes and test methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
