Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize robust manufacturing processes and equipment for new product launches and existing production lines.
- Ensure manufacturing capacities and capabilities meet current and future production demands effectively.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies.
- Monitor, audit, and enforce the adaptation of manufacturing best practices, standards, and quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless product development and introduction.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues, driving process stability and reliability.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, automation opportunities, and tooling solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AME-related activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, stamping, and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process simulation tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume production environment.
