Tanggung Jawab
- Lead implementation and optimization of advanced manufacturing technologies including automation, IoT, and digital twin systems
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven process improvement strategies
- Design and execute validation protocols for new manufacturing equipment and processes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate innovative concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment
- Train production teams on new technologies and best practices for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in manufacturing process optimization, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and industrial control systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
