Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks and methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and implement performance metrics to track operational effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed operational excellence principles
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in operational methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with business strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or consulting
- Proven track record of implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurement systems
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in operational excellence tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or similar)
