Transportation Solutions Indonesia is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Management Assistant Manager to join our expanding team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy and framework.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential threats to business operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor internal controls and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, ensuring the company adheres to all legal standards.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Develop and conduct risk awareness training programs to foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
- Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and recommend corrective actions when thresholds are exceeded.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, including COSO ERM framework and ISO 31000 standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using risk management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
