Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Human Capital management? Eraya is looking for an experienced HC Strategic Analyst - Supervisor to drive our Human Capital projects and initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our PMO, ensuring that timelines are meticulously tracked, updates are prepared accurately, and coordination across all departments is seamless.
As a Supervisor in our HC team, you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions and optimize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee HC projects within the PMO framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare comprehensive project updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks to enhance Human Capital efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring clear expectations and timely feedback loops.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR initiatives and project success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Strategy, PMO support, or Strategic Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience with a proven track record of managing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
