Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes across the organization
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and business needs
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and relationship management
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and market research to support sourcing decisions
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and market conditions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, and e-sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and supply chain management principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
