Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Consultants in preparing for client meetings, including agenda setting and briefing documentation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support client proposals.
- Collaborate with the team to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the sales cycle by conducting outreach and maintaining client databases.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and project summaries using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide insights on emerging market trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to team strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM software.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, consulting, or client relationship management.
