Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and regulatory gap analyses for financial institutions
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with BSP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare regulatory filings, disclosures, and management reports for diverse client portfolios
- Lead client workshops on regulatory updates and compliance best practices
- Support internal control evaluations and anti-money laundering (AML) program enhancements
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver end-to-end compliance consulting solutions
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess potential impact on client operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or regulatory consulting
- Certification in AML/CFT, risk management, or regulatory compliance (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) preferred
- Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory landscape (BSP, SEC, Insurance Commission)
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
