Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive English lesson plans aligned with AEIS curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Prepare students for AEIS examinations through targeted practice and assessment
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop teaching materials and share best practices
- Assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or relevant qualification in English language instruction
- Proven experience teaching English to international students, preferably with AEIS preparation
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
- Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to student success
- Experience with student assessment and progress monitoring
