Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on various aircraft components and systems.
- Conduct detailed inspections and testing to ensure all maintenance standards are met and regulatory compliance is achieved.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals accurately.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults within aircraft systems.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality assurance procedures at all times.
- Document all maintenance activities, findings, and repair records thoroughly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement effective technical solutions and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Aviation Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Aerospace MRO or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems including hydraulics, avionics, and landing gear.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, or lifting moderate weights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
