We are actively seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join their team as Aerospace Direct Technicians (Engine Overhaul).

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of aircraft engine modules and components.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, borescopes, CMM) to check for wear and conformity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and pneumatic engine defects using technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Execute repairs, blending, and component replacement in accordance with OEM specifications.
- Conduct functional and leak tests on engine sub-assemblies and modules.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities in the ERP system.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and 5S standards within the hangar/workshop.
- Collaborate with engineers and lead technicians to resolve complex technical issues and improve turnaround time.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Min 1 year of experience in aerospace MRO, heavy vehicle repair, or a related mechanical field (Engine experience is a bonus).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills with the ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of FAA/EASA/CAAS airworthiness regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic data entry.
- Physically fit to stand, bend, and lift heavy components for extended periods.
