Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of aerospace components, systems, and structures to verify compliance with safety and quality standards
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods including ultrasonic, radiographic, and visual inspections
- Review technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications for adherence to regulatory requirements
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Ensure adherence to industry standards including AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA/EASA regulations
- Monitor and maintain inspection equipment calibration and functionality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (Level II or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of aerospace regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, CAAS)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
