Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the precise folding and packing of aircraft evacuation slides in accordance with rigorous manufacturer and aviation authority specifications.
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of slide components to identify any wear, damage, or manufacturing defects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all packing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Operate specialized machinery and testing equipment to verify slide deployment readiness and pressure integrity.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest aerospace maintenance standards and safety updates.
- Collaborate with the logistics and quality assurance departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of serviced equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or specialized packing environment preferred (Aerospace experience is an added advantage).
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to follow highly repetitive yet critical technical procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and standardized work instructions effectively.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to strict quality control processes.
- Good physical stamina, capable of handling materials and equipment as required for slide maintenance.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and maintenance data.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment to support MRO operational demands.
