Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex overhaul, rework, and repair tasks on aircraft equipment and components in strict compliance with technical manuals and engineering specifications.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations, quality control procedures, and regulatory standards (EASA/FAA) during all maintenance operations.
- Utilize precision tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure all repaired parts meet operational specifications before installation.
- Document all maintenance activities, including time logs and defect reports, accurately and on time.
- Collaborate effectively with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and workshops at all times.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, or mechanical principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex technical instructions precisely.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
