Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Aerospace Repair Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility located in Seletar Aerospace Park. In this role, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of complex cargo loading systems and components. You will work closely with a team of high-performing technicians and engineers to restore systems to OEM standards and contribute to our culture of operational excellence and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on aircraft cargo loading systems and components (Power Drive Units, rollers, latches, locks, control systems) per OEM specifications and CMM manuals.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on cargo handling systems installed on various commercial aircraft platforms (Boeing 777, 787, 737; Airbus A330, A350).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins to execute complex repair and modification tasks accurately.
- Conduct functional and operational tests to ensure systems meet stringent airworthiness standards set by CAAS, FAA, and EASA.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of maintenance activities in technical logs, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Manage parts inventory requirements for assigned tasks, ensuring proper tool control, calibration, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on Continuous Improvement initiatives and in-service support to enhance system reliability.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, 5S housekeeping standards, and hangar safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aircraft line or base maintenance, with specific exposure to cargo systems or aircraft interiors considered a strong advantage.
- Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on commercial aircraft (Boeing and Airbus families).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical publication data.
- Possession of a valid CAAS Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools, standard hand tools, power tools, and specialty aerospace tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to rotating shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
