Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and components
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Adhere strictly to aviation safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation per industry requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Operate specialized aviation equipment and precision measurement instruments
- Assist in aircraft modification projects and system upgrades
- Ensure all work meets FAA/EASA/CAAS specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Valid aircraft maintenance license (CAAS Part-66 or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on MRO experience with aircraft systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, avionic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance documentation systems
