As a key member of our maintenance division, you'll contribute to Singapore's aerospace excellence while enjoying a structured 12-hour shift schedule (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am). Our state-of-the-art facilities provide an environment where technical expertise meets operational excellence, allowing you to develop specialized skills in UAV systems while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UAV airframes, propulsion systems, avionics, and control mechanisms
- Execute scheduled maintenance procedures and system diagnostics to ensure optimal aircraft performance and regulatory compliance
- Document maintenance activities using technical manuals and digital systems for audit purposes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement system improvements
- Operate specialized diagnostic equipment and maintain precision tools in accordance with safety protocols
- Adhere strictly to FAA/EASA standards and company safety procedures during all maintenance activities
- Train junior technicians on UAV maintenance best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Certification in UAV systems maintenance or aircraft maintenance (FAA Part 65/EASA Part 66 preferred)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and maintenance documentation
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and software systems integration
- Experience with UAV platforms or similar rotary/fixed-wing aircraft systems
- Ability to work under pressure in shift-based environments with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and precision
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
