As an Aesthetic Doctor at Ekle's Clinic, you will be responsible for conducting consultations, performing non-invasive aesthetic treatments, and designing personalized care plans for our diverse clientele. We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary plus high-potential commission, allowing our practitioners to achieve significant monthly earnings. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional consultations to assess patient skin conditions and aesthetic goals.
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as fillers, Botox, laser therapies, and chemical peels.
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide expert advice on medical-grade skincare products and post-treatment maintenance.
- Ensure all medical records are updated accurately and maintained in accordance with clinic standards.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and operational standards during all procedures.
- Collaborate with the nursing and support staff to deliver exceptional patient service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Doctors.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an aesthetic or dermatology setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in basic aesthetic procedures is highly advantageous.
- Committed to professional integrity and continuous medical education.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and preferably basic English.
