As an Aesthetic Doctor at Ekle's Clinic, you will be the face of our patient experience, ensuring that every treatment is performed to the highest medical and aesthetic standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including but not limited to Botox, fillers, thread lifts, and laser treatments.
- Provide expert advice on medical-grade skincare products and post-treatment care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and medical record-keeping for every patient.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nurses and beauty therapists to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the aesthetic medicine industry.
- Contribute to the clinic's revenue goals by promoting treatments and retail products effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Medicine (Profesi Dokter) from a reputable university.
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) that is active.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong interest and passion for aesthetic medicine and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Well-groomed and represents the aesthetic image of the clinic.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a busy patient schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ethical medical judgment.
