Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional facial treatments, chemical peels, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans and Obagi home-care products to clients.
- Operate advanced dermatological equipment and machinery with precision and safety.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sterilization for all tools and treatment rooms.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Accurately document patient treatments, progress notes, and product recommendations in the clinic management system.
- Assist dermatologists in various medical procedures as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new skincare technologies and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Aesthetician, Beauty Therapist, or a graduate of a related paramedical course.
- Proven experience as a Facialist or Aesthetician, preferably within a high-end dermatology or medical spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, various skin conditions, and advanced treatment modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of a premium skin health brand.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per clinic schedules.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced medical environment.
