- Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners across multiple channels
- Develop and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Nurture long-term relationships with affiliates through proactive communication and support
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Create compelling promotional materials and negotiate favorable partnership terms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with brand messaging
- Stay abreast of affiliate marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-based sales roles
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing successful affiliate programs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in affiliate platforms and analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with experience in meeting/exceeding revenue targets
