Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for digital marketing and personal growth? Mindvalley is looking for a dynamic and driven Affiliate Manager to join our global team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving Mindvalley’s international expansion by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-value affiliate partners.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will take ownership of our affiliate network, managing relationships with key influencers, content creators, and media partners. You will design and execute promotional campaigns, optimize partner performance, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners, influencers, and media buyers.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to drive engagement and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing campaigns, aligning with Mindvalley's launch calendar.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate channel performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and LTV.
- Create promotional materials, copy guidelines, and creative assets for affiliate partners.
- Negotiate commission rates, contract terms, and payout structures to ensure mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing (experience in subscription/SaaS/EdTech is a plus).
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking software (e.g., Impact, Refersion, Cake, or HasOffers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics to interpret performance data.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly global team.
