Are you an organized professional seeking a pivotal role in operations? Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated After Hours Coordinator to join our team in Bacoor City, Cavite. In this critical position, you will serve as the guardian of our operations during non-standard business hours. You will oversee on-call staffing schedules to ensure 100% coverage, guaranteeing seamless service delivery at all times.
When urgent requests or operational issues arise, you will be the first point of coordination, managing immediate responses to resolve challenges efficiently. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining reliable operations and high customer satisfaction levels around the clock. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate on-call staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and seamless handovers between shifts.
- Receive and triage urgent requests or emergencies that occur outside standard business hours immediately.
- Monitor all communication channels to ensure staff accessibility and responsiveness during off-peak times.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate management levels or technical teams without delay.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all after-hours activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Conduct briefings with incoming shift teams to ensure complete continuity of operations and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the core operations team to continuously improve after-hours protocols and response times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in a coordination or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic CRM tools.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional demeanor.
